A parent company for specialized services
TMR Consulting and Management, LLC is based in Tallahassee, Florida and serves clients nationwide, remotely and on site. We work with government agencies, prime contractors, nonprofits and small businesses that need their operations to be consistent, documented and ready for review.
Some of our services have their own dedicated home — government contracting, mentorship and notary & loan signing — and every one of them is operated by TMR Consulting and Management, LLC to the same standard.

Leadership
Dr. Taza M. Rogers, Founder
Dr. Rogers is a doctorate-trained business and HR strategist and a U.S. Army veteran with more than 20 years of experience. Her background in military HR and personnel operations shapes how TMR works: clear standards, careful documentation and accountable delivery.
As a scholar-practitioner, she pairs formal training in business, HR leadership and public administration with hands-on operations work — building the policies, workflows, systems and training that teams actually use.
