Document Preparation

Document Preparation Services — Tallahassee, Surrounding Counties & Florida-Wide

When legal forms, real estate documents, or court filings are required, the last thing you want is stress and uncertainty. At TMR Consulting Group, we help clients across the state of Florida—and locally in Tallahassee and neighboring counties—by preparing complete, court-ready documents you can file with confidence.

We are non-attorney document preparers and operate under the limits of Florida law: we do not offer legal advice, but we do ensure accurate, procedurally compliant documents based on the information you provide.

What We Can Prepare

  • Real Estate Documents: deeds, quitclaim, warranty deeds, closing addenda
  • Estate Planning & Probate: last will & testament, trust documents, powers of attorney, advance directives
  • Family Law / Domestic Relations: divorce petitions, name changes, child custody forms, prenuptial agreements
  • Business & Corporate: LLC formation, operating agreements, bylaws, business contracts
  • Court / Litigation Forms: small claims, civil complaints/answers, motions, affidavits
  • Other Standard Legal Forms: leases, contractual agreements, bills of sale, statutory forms

Note: We fill out ONLY the forms you choose and supply the factual information.

Draft & Deliver Documents

We prepare a draft for you to review. When approved, we finalize and deliver via email or print (as needed).

Optional Notarization / Filing Support

We can coordinate notarization (in-person or RON) and provide instructions or assist with e-filing/courier submission.

You File / Use the Documents

You retain control—sign and file (or we assist), knowing the forms are technically correct and ready.

Document Preparation Services (Florida) FAQ

We help clients type, format, and assemble documents at their direction. We can sell blank forms, type exactly what you provide, and share publicly available general information about filing procedures. We do not give legal advice, select forms for you, or represent you in court.

No. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or legal representation. If you need legal advice or a strategy recommendation, we’ll suggest contacting a licensed Florida attorney. (See our nonlawyer disclosures below.)

We cannot tell you which form to use or what to say. For Florida Supreme Court Approved Forms, we can ask you limited factual questions to help complete the blanks; for other forms, we can only transcribe your written answers exactly as provided.

Yes. If we assist with Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms, Florida requires a signed “Disclosure from Nonlawyer” (Form 12.900(a)) before we help. We must also complete the non-lawyer section at the bottom of each form we assist with.

  • The exact text you want typed into the form
  • Any supporting details (names, dates, case numbers, addresses)
  • Filing instructions you received from the court/agency (if any)

Whether you need printing, scanning, e-filing support, notarization, witnesses, or mailing

We can assist with e-filing or physical filing logistics at your direction (uploading, printing, mailing, scheduling), but we cannot appear for you or act as your representative.

That’s legal advice. We’ll gladly refer you to a Florida-licensed attorney or pause work until you speak with one.

We can coordinate Florida notarization (mobile or online when eligible) and arrange witnesses with advance notice. Acceptance rules for remote online notarization (RON) depend on the receiving party—please confirm first.

We’ll help with re-typing or re-submitting based on your new instructions. Court/agency fees are separate and non-refundable, and we cannot advise on legal reasons for rejection.

Nonlawyer Disclosure (Florida):TMR Consulting Group, LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. Document preparation and filing support are provided at your direction. If you require legal advice, interpretation, or representation, please contact a licensed Florida attorney. For Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms, we will provide and retain a signed Disclosure from Nonlawyer (Form 12.900(a)) and complete the nonlawyer section on each assisted form.
